Fall 2008 CITRT - Tentative
As heard on the podcast today (episode 27), the official statement: "put it on your calendar, but don't book your flights, yet." October 8-10, Mt. Pleasant (Charleston SC Metro area), Seacoast Church, Trace Pupke hosting.
Related question: Is there any strong interest in tours of Atlanta-area churches either just before or just after? North Point and Perimeter in particular, but we could add others. Atlanta is about a 5-hour drive from Charleston, but if you're flying to Charleston (CHS), you'll probably be making a stop in Atlanta (ATL).
Having never been to North Point, Perimeter, or others in the area - I would love to. I think it would be great if we could schedule that in! Clif, over my shoulder, agrees as well. :) If that timing out, I'd love to do that.

There's still the consideration of doing some sort of bus trip [chartered?] between Atlanta and Charleston, but that mostly only makes sense for people who are NOT bringing spouses. Since my wife is a teacher, I'm likely to be on my own. If enough others are, then Atlanta tours and then group travel to Charleston could be a great opportunity. Thoughts?

Good question. That prompted me to call my wife and see what she thought. Aside from tagging along to see the sights in Charleston, she actually wants to visit North Point too, and said getting to do that would be worth the bus ride. She stated, "That's what Dramamine is for." :) Go figure.
So I don't know about others, but my wife wants to be in on that part. Still sounds good from my end.

I'm interested in a bus trip or car pool.

I have the dates on my Google Calendar marked as tentative. Coming from Tallahassee, I'd probably not go through Atlanta unless there was a compelling reason to do so.
As for chartering the bus....hmmm...that could be interesting too.
