Bulk Up? Or Maintain?

CofcarshakeThere are some tough decisions in life.  Jason is starting up the Church IT Biggest Loser, round 2, next week.  So...do I bulk up a bit, to make it easier to lose (and win), or do I maintain the weight I've had for the past month and a half?  Seriously, since the end of the first contest, my weight has stayed within a +3 to -1 range, so for all practical purposes, I'm right were I was.

Darn...my real goal is to lose weight, not to win a contest, so I guess I'll have to keep on maintaining where I am.  It's going to be  hard to be in the winner's circle next time, but I'm  determined to get another 7-10 pounds off.  Contest winner or not, the accountability works for me.

Glad Trisha was willing to split that milkshake with me last night -- the whole thing would have been trouble :-)

Lattes are the trouble up here. I can't remember the last time I had a milkshake, but I have a Starbucks Barista machine in my kitchen. Most people don't realize that lattes have upwards of 500 calories, with some over 900. :)

Lattes, Mochas, and so many more "just drinks" are trouble. Combine any of those with Chips and Salsa, and that's my struggle.
