Visiting Montgomery

Montgomery Alabama.  Trisha and I will be taking a trip to Montgomery this weekend for Family Life's Weekend to Remember. Even though we're both "children of the South," to the best of our knowledge, we've neither one ever been to Montgomery before!  (Perhaps we've passed through it going elsewhere)

We like trips that have a bit of history to them, and Montgomery sure seems to have a lot of history.  Civil War.  Civil Rights.  Politics.  Looks like we've got a nice visit ahead.  The challenge, of course, is to squeeze it all into a couple of days AND spend our time at the conference as well.  Guess I just need to shut the computer off the whole time we're away.  What an interesting thought :-)
