Church 2.0 Event, Atlanta

(can't really call this a CITRT event, although it may be of interest to Church IT people)

As a quick follow-up to the Church 2.0 Atlanta Invite, here's a bit of additional info from Greg Atkinson.  There is some additional info on the Church 2.0 blog, as well as on Greg's blog.

The format is definitely roundtable style.  No presentation or seminar. This will be the 6th gathering and it's worked fine so far.  Each gathering is different: what we discussed in LA and Orange County was different from what we talked about in Chicago. What we talked about in Santa Cruz was totally different than what we talked about in South Carolina.

You have to be okay with the unknown and the casual/informal nature of these gatherings. There is no set agenda or presentation. I don't set up a projector and teach. I gather us in a circle and we have a free-flowing conversation. I might suggest questions or topics, people text and Twitter in questions from around the country, but where we go and what we discuss only God knows.
