1. Network Administrator
This position is for one specific client and will be on-site at that client. MCSE preferred. Maintain and provide upgrades as needed. Approximately a 20-server system with several hundred workstations. On a daily basis, responsible for fixing issues and crisis problem with minimal additional support from network engineers. Will be fielding some helpdesk calls. Need experience with legacy products, specifically: NT 4.0, Exch 5.5. This is a managerial position needing good communication skills. Responsibilities include support of phone system, all IT services, network, and circuits, including in remote cities. (Network Admin will be the on-site IT Manager for the organization)
2. Helpdesk Technician
This position will be for one specific client, on-site at that client, fielding calls from several hundred users, most of whom are remote. Workstation setup, adding users, printer setup, problem resolution. Several very specific client applications including a time and reporting system (payroll oriented). Support by phone, but does not specifically include support of phone system. [possibility of needing two such people, especially if one can cover the Kronos need below] Update: may be looking for THREE people!
3. AS/400 with Kronos (application, NOT just web)
Not expecting this to be a full-time job; awaiting more information from client. Hoping to either outsource or combine with another position. Key is experience with the Kronos time keeping application on AS/400. Desire someone who can do PC helpdesk and also cover this one AS/400 need. Open to a Kronos support organization for what is expected to be very few hours per week.
4. Network Engineer
“Outside network engineer” Multi-client, current on skills, MCSE strongly preferred. Server Migrations, Exchange Migrations, Specific skills in firewalls routing, TCP/IP, DNS, domain administration. Needs to be able to “hit the ground running” with multiple clients and should be able to show experience in multi-client environments. Demonstrable multi-tasking (multi-client) skills expected.
