Clif and I had a quick conversation this morning about the Roundtable (past and future). In reviewing the various comments, it's suddenly very clear what we need to do. This is a bit of an oversimplification, but the majority of the comments coming back say the same thing: "Include more people and keep it small." Well, gee, how obvious! Why didn't we think of that before? :-)
Tony, it's just that kind of insight which has gotten you where you are today! Let's all say it together, "Include more people and keep it small!"

How ironic, that's what they've been telling me to do with my IT budget for years... "include more people and keep it small".

Tony, when Clif told me of this post, I jumped with arms in air, "YES! That was exactly what I found too!" Then I laughed heartily. lol. That helps doesn't it?
Yeah, that was the exact same feedback I got from sampling feedback here and there. I'm eager to attempt doing this in the Fall. But remember if it works - I was heavily involved, if it fails - that Clif is just crazy. :P I love self-serving bias.

re: the paradox of invite more and keep it small. Hey, as Christians, paradox is nothing new. The whole Christian life is the story of paradox. (You can probably come up with 20 or more in just a few minutes -- I've got a very long list of them) So...I see this as a realistic challenge! And, of course, it's possible for you to be heavily involved and Clif might still be crazy! :-)
